I got this for postpartum but I ended up having a MC and was able to wear it two weeks later comfortably. It’s tightest on me around the bottom of the rib cage but compresses right to under my mom pouch which is where I need it most. I do wish it had more structure in that area but it’s actually better than other fajas I have and the compression even goes down further. Overall with it being tighter around the rib cage it definitely should be good for creating that hourglass shape.I love the way this makes me look, especially the backside it’s all very flattering. The only thing for me that could be better is the chest area is a little too small. It’s still pretty flattering however I spill out of the top a little bit but it definitely perks things up. It does have a zipper there that sticks out so something to be aware of when wearing under clothing. It also has a zipper to go to the bathroom and works well without having accidents.
