Love that these have sticky on both sides! This holds the shirt or dress to the chest! They are thin which helps keep them comfortable. Also does not weigh down the chest! You can position them different ways so they are not seen and can lift the chest! I can’t say enough about these! Others have thick sections to the pad, these are the same material thickness all over so they fit all sizes! Definitely worth every penny when you have an open back dress but still need support! The sticky lasts me around 4 wears in hot weather! They come in a silk bag which elevates the care taken and quality of these inserts! I highly recommend!

Held up my 36 DDD's pretty well. I did take off a star because I wore it with a bikini top and after it got wet it started to fall apart so I don't know how well it will hold up after washing. No skin irritation or anything and give decent support. I would buy again and wear a form fitting dress or shirt instead.
These helped make my birthday dress comfortable to wear without a bra. And since then, I’ve used several times and the inserts are still sticky! I do store them in the plastic they came in to preserve.
