Love that these have sticky on both sides! This holds the shirt or dress to the chest! They are thin which helps keep them comfortable. Also does not weigh down the chest! You can position them different ways so they are not seen and can lift the chest! I can’t say enough about these! Others have thick sections to the pad, these are the same material thickness all over so they fit all sizes! Definitely worth every penny when you have an open back dress but still need support! The sticky lasts me around 50 wears in hot weather! They come in a silk bag which elevates the care taken and quality of these inserts! I highly recommend!
